Like most Americans, I don’t eat enough vegetables. The main reason for this is that I don’t like them all that much, at least compared to pizza, fruit, ribeye steak, and spicy chicken, all of which I love.
I am on a quest to increase my vegetable consumption, long term. I am also trying to turn my toddler into a veggie lover.
As a behavioral scientist, I have some ideas about what to do. Now I want to put those abstract ideas into practice.
Two key veggie hacker themes will be 1) making it easier to eat veggies, and 2) making veggies taste better.
During this quest, I will talk to veggie masters, like chefs, dietitians, and veggie growers. I will also talk to veggie strugglers, and to behavioral scientists.
Always, I will be looking ways to make veggies easier and tastier.
